Over a 7-month development cycle, our team (myself and one of my colleagues) designed and built the Geoprobe Customer Portal, a centralized online platform intended to streamline how Geoprobe customers access equipment information, service resources, and operational tools. The portal’s goal was to modernize the customer experience and reduce manual support overhead by bringing key product and account functions into a single, easy-to-use interface.
